Asante Kotoko have arrived in Ghana after drawing 0-0 with Kariobangi Sharks in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup round-of-32 clash on Saturday.

The Kumasi-based Club touched down at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday, December 17, afternoon and will later head to the Garden City by road.

The team spent the night in the Ethiopian capital and flew directly to Accra at 8:40 AM EAT, which was 5 AM in Ghana, touched down around 11:20 AM at the Kotoka International Airport and will proceed to Kumasi by road.

The draw in Kenya means the Porcupine Warriors need a victory in the return leg which is on Saturday, December 22, in Kumasi to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
