CAF CL: Kofi Kordzi leads attack in Hearts of Oak line up against WAC

Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has named his starting XI to do the job for him against Wydad Athletic Club (WAC) in the CAF Champions League today.

The two sides will be locking horns at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first leg of a two-legged affair.

Hearts of Oak is hosting the first leg with the reverse fixture to be staged in Morocco.

Goalkeeper Richard Attah stays in between the sticks with Fatawu Mohammed and Congolese Raddy Ovouka occupying the right-back and left-back roles respectively. Robert Addo Sowah and Mohammed Alhassan complete the back four.

Emmanuel Nettey partners Ansah Botchway in central midfield with duties to cut out potential WAC attack and initiate moves with Ansah Botchway sitting in front of them.

Daniel Afriyie Barnieh holds down his place in attack along with Isaac Mensah and Kofi Kordzi in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

The match is scheduled for a 3 pm kick off.
