Ghanaian midfielder Rahman Chibsah is confident Frosinone will put up a good fight to avoid relegation in the Italian Seria A.

The 25-year-old has been impressive for his side this season, scoring a goal in eleven appearances.

The Canarini Ciociari played out a 0-0 stalemate at Parma over the weekend and Rahman has been talking on the team’s recent form.

“We’ve been putting on good performance for 5 games now which shows we are a solid team and can improve more.

Frosinone may not be where they expect to be on the league log but the energetic midfielder, Chibsah, believes the team must take things to step by step to complete their mission at the end of the season.

“We have to only continue to work harder and try to correct certain mistakes to ensure we improve more on our games. We shouldn’t be looking at the league table now we should think game after game for now”.he told Ghanacrusader.com.

The former Benevento player also discussed the reason behind the team’s sloppy start to the season. According to him, the summer acquisitions needed some time to settle well in the team.

“You know this summer the club made 16 new signings and we knew we could encounter some challenges in the early part of the season. The new guys needed time to get used to the system and as well be a solid team”

Frosinone are unbeaten in their last three games and would be looking to bounce back in style to avoid a relegation dogfight this season.

They are currently 19th on the league log with 6 points after 11 games.
