Commonwealth Games: Ghanaian sprinter Hor Halutie progress to 100m final

Ghanaian sprinter, Hor Halutie has progressed to the women's 100m final in the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.

The 19-year old clocked a time of 11.46 and advances as one of two fastest losers in the semi-final.

Hor Halutie hails from the Upper East region and she is a former student of T.I. Ahmaddiya Secondary School in Kumasi.

Fellow sprinters Gemma Acheampong and Flings Owusu Agyapong, both failed to make the finals after they both finished 6th in semifinal 1 and 2 respectively.

The women’s 100m final is scheduled for Monday, April 9, 2018, at 11:50 am.
