Former Black Satellites goalkeeper, Daniel Agyei, has been voted the Best Goalkeeper at the 2017/18 Ethiopia Football Federation (EFF) Stars Award at the Intercontinental Addis.

The award ceremony, which is aimed at awarding football players who excelled in the 2017/2018 Ethiopian Premier League season, saw the former Ghanaian shot stopper emerging as the best goalkeeper.

Agyei joined Jimma Abba Jifar FC in Ethiopia from Tanzanian side Simba FC last year October.

The former Liberty Professionals keeper managed to keep 14 clean sheets in 20 appearances for his side and conceded only six goals, helping the Ethiopian side to clinch the league title at the end of the campaign.
