Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Frank Nuttall seems to have responded to a section of Accra Hearts of Oak fans who are furious with the performance of the team in the ongoing G8 tournament.

Supporters of Hearts are furious with the unconvincing football exhibited by the players after recording a narrow win over Karela FC and a defeat to Medeama in their first two games of the tournament.

The Scottish tactician says he is not bothered by results the club records but is looking at building a team ahead of the Premier League season.

"We want to win every game in the G8 but it is the not the most important thing to us,"

"It is preseason and we are focused on rebuilding for the future," he told the media after their 3-2 win over Dwarfs.

Hearts finished 3rd in the league last season and got to the final of the MTN FA Cup only to lose to Kotoko in Tamale.

Accra Hearts of Oak have lost a number of first-team players like Vincent Atingah, Kwame Kizito among others.
