Heart of Lions fall to Legon Cities in Ghana Premier League

Kpando Heart of Lions lost yet again in the Premier League, following a 1-0 loss to Legon Cities FC Monday.

The 1-0 victory stretches Legon Cities winning streak to five matches, after scoring 7 goals and conceding one.

Williams Kwaku Adjei scored in the first-half to give the home side all the spoils.

The youngster got on the end of a  delightful pass from Kwabena Boateng in the 16th minute to plant home the only goal of the match.

Lions are still without a win in the Premier League after picking eight points from 14 matches with two outstanding 7 games in the Premier League.

Legon Cities are 8th in the League table with 24 points - 5 points adrift of leaders FC Samartex.

Heart of Lions are bottom of the league table, with 8 points, seven points away from safety and Twenty-one points off leaders FC Samartex 1996.
