Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak have expressed condolence to the family of former Vice President Paa Kwasi Amissah Arthur who passed away on Friday 29, 2018.
The 67-year-old former Vice is said to have collapsed at the Air Force Gym this morning and was rushed to the 37 Military Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The former Vice President was a shareholder of the club and worked in silence with majority shareholder Togbe Afede.

Amissah Arthur will be missed dearly by the Phobia fraternity for his contribution to their success.
