Hearts of Oak beat lower-tier side Dzida FC in a friendly game ahead of their CAF Champions League clash against Moroccan giants, Wydad Athletic Club.

The Phobians inflicted a 6-1 win over the third-tier club at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday as the team step up preparations for the much-anticipated Champions League tie.

Goals from Kofi Kordzi, Ibrahim Salifu, Patrick Razak, and a hat-trick from Daniel Afriyie Barnieh were enough for the rainbow boys to secure victory.
