Hearts of Oak Managing Director Julius Ben Emunah has resigned from his position after about seven months in office.
Emunah announced his resignation on September 9, 2026, thanking the club’s Board and National Chapters Committee for their support. Despite stepping down, he said he would remain a committed Hearts of Oak supporter and make himself available to assist the club when needed.
He was appointed Managing Director on February 2, 2026, succeeding Dr Delali Anku-Adiamah. His resignation comes as Hearts of Oak have made a strong start to the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
