Kumasi Asante Kotoko head coach Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin has expressed his delight after his side earned a point at Sogakope against WAFA.

The Premier League game which was played at the Red Bulls Arena on Sunday March 18, 2018 saw Kotoko pick up their first point after three failed attempts.

Speaking to reporters after the match, Coach Fabin believed the result was the true reflection of the game but insisted his charges could have carried the day had they been fluent in attack.

"It was a very good game. WAFA still have a very good team, they played well but we came up with a strategy to leave here with the three points.

"Even though we drew we are happy with the result, we’ll go back to the drawing board and work harder to win our subsequent games."

WAFA opened the scoring early in the game through former U17 player Aminu Mohammed who converted a free-kick.
