Outgone coach of Black Stars, Avram Grant says President of the Ghana Football Association(GFA) Kwesi Nyantekyi has what it takes to turn around the fortunes of Ghanaian football and must be supported by government to excel.
Grant said the GFA boss is a great person and very important for football in Ghana adding that he is doing a great job and needs to stay in the job for a very long time.
"He knows what to do and would help as far as the growth of football in the country is concerned and must be supported by government,"he stated on Starr Chat.
Mr. Nyantekyi he said, has  very good plans for football,has done a lot for the game and would do better if allowed.
Many has asked that the GFA boss is sacked after Ghana failed to make it to the semifinals of the recently held Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
But coach Grant believes the GFA boss must be maintained and allowed to develop football in the country with support from stakeholders.
