Medeama SC and Amos Korankye have come to an agreement to mutually part ways according to a club statement.

The right-back has left Medeama after two years with the Mauve and Yellows since joining from Division One outfit Sekondi Hasaacas.

Amos Korankye became an established member of the Tarkwa based club until the emergence of youngster Samuel Appiah.

He made 10 appearances for the Mauve and Yellows in the truncated 2018/2019 Ghana Premier League.

An official statement from the club on Saturday morning read: "We have mutually parted ways with defender Amos Korankye. He joined from @SekHasaacas in 2016."

"We thank him for his services to the club and wish him well."
