In an interview with Kofi Mensah Ocran of Accra FM, the Bank roller of Division one side Kotoko Royals said, the delegates "know me and know what I can do for Eastern Regional football."

"I am going to run my administration with integrity, fairness, create equal opportunity for the stakeholder and also find sponsors for the RFA as well as the District offices and the teams"

“Under my tenure, I will like to take off the burden off clubs whereby they will pay only affiliation fees and not participation fees for tournaments”.

“I will also like to introduce refresher courses for the coaches at the grassroots. Most of the coaches at the grassroots don’t have certificates and they lack the basics. So it’s time they get the needed training so they can impact the young players. We are going to also have refresher courses for the club administrators. This will make the owners understand that football is a business and it must be run professionally."

"I will also work with the 16 DCEs in the Eastern Region to get offices for district football Associations and provide them with Computers and free WiFi for them to enable them to work effectively and also get the I CT expects, so that the can register all the Colts and the Division two players at their comfort office without coming to the head office."

"I am going to continue with the Eastern Region Special cup, the Eastern Cup will help in developing our players. Aside the league it is going to give opportunities to the Division one, two, Colts and women football to getting more playing time, before a player will be on his peak, he needs to play like 6, 7 matches."

"For instance, this year, the teams who played in the Eastern Cup finals, they played ten matches and the finals of the Eastern Cup between Okwahu United vrs Kade Utd, there was massive attendance at Dawu sports stadium."

"And before my four years in office, I will make sure I will get 7 teams from Eastern Region that will play in Division one and that will help us at least to get a team from the Eastern Region playing in the GPL."

The RFAs elections is going to be held on 18th of October and Mr. Linford Boadu Asamoah will be battle with Nana Budu for the Eastern Regional seat.
