A Member of Parliament’s Select Committee on Youth and Sports Issac Asiamah has called on the Sports Minister and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to employ an appropriate dialogue system to resolve the issues rather than media arguments which will not help the development of football in the country.

Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, MP for Atwima Mponua constituency, opined it was unfortunate such things were going on between the two entities noting “it’s so unfortunate and disturbing that this confusion is going on between our football authorities GFA and the Ministry of Sports.”

The Member of Parliament also called on the Minister of Youth and Sports to exhibit quality leadership skills. “When you are a minister you supervise every sector and demonstrate quality leadership,” he volleyed in a GBC interview.

“If you have a vision and you want everybody to buy into it, get a very (efficient) way of communicating it to them,” he concluded.
