Great Olympics on Monday had to leave it late to record a win over RTU in the final match to complete matchday 18 games.

The Dade Boys posted a 2-1 win over the visitors at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Goals from George Asamoah and Ibrahim Sullley sandwich between Ronald Frimpong's consolation saw Annor Walker's outfit carry the day.

The victory has propelled them to second on the long with 31 points, trailing leaders Kotoko by 9 points.

A strike from George Asamoah in the 5th minute powered Great Olympics into the lead as the side continued to dominate for the remainder of the half.

Unfortunately for the home team, they failed to increase their lead in the first 30 minutes of the second half.

As a result, they were nearly made to pay the price when Ronald Frimpong equalized from the spot for RTU.

Any hopes of RTU getting at least a point from the game was dashed when Ibrahim Sulley's 93rd minute effort found the back net.
