Legon Cities came from behind to draw 1-1 with Hearts of Oak after scoring an equalizer in the dying embers of the game through Osman Amadu in matchday 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

Isaac Mensah had put Hearts of Oak in front in the 12th minute after he connected home from Sulley Muntari's corner.

Sulley Muntari had to be replaced Ansah Botchway after he got injured in the second.

Any hope that the Phobians would walk away with a win was curtailed after Osman Amadu scored in the 92nd-minute equalizer to cancel Mensah's lead.

The match finished 1-1 at the El Wak Stadium as the Phobians have failed to beat the Royals for the second time this season.

The two sides played a goalless draw match at the Accra Sports Stadium on matchday 1 with Hearts of Oak being wasteful on that day.

The draw leaves Legon Cities with 22 points and sit in 12th place, while Hearts of Oak occupy the 7th position with 26 points.
