Dreams FC Technical Director Abdul Karim Zito says he is disappointed in his players for failing to beat Asante Kotoko on Sunday.

The Still Believes lads got beat 2-0 at the Baba Yara Stadium following Frank Etouga 's brace on matchday 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

Cameroonian import Mbella Etouga Franch Thierry got the opening goal for the Porcupine Warriors in the 74th minute after a converted a spot-kick.

Etouga was brought down inside the box by goalkeeper Augustine Koomson and he scored from the resulting kick.

Etouga netted his second goal on the day which doubled Kotoko's advantage in the 82nd minute.

Speaking after the game, Zito said the scoreline wasn't a true reflection of what happened on the pitch.

According to him, Kotoko were there for the taking and Dreams FC should have hammered them in the first half at least 3 goals.

However, their inability to convert the chances came back to haunt them.

"Seriously I am disappointed in my players, we strategized well and stop Kotoko from playing and created a lot of chances. We should have beaten Kotoko in the first half by 3 or 4 goals, Karim Zito told the media.

We came in the second half and we had opportunities again and squandered it

The scoreline didn't reflect on the game itself."

Dreams FC who lie 10th on the log with 28 points will next play Elmina Sharks at the Theatre of Dreams.
