A Doctor at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra has was found dead in a hotel room yesterday(Thursday) after spending time with a lady in the room.
Attendants at the Dansoman-based hotel found the lifeless body of the Senior Surgeon. The lady who accompanied him was no where to be found.
Police are currently investigating the circumstances that led to the death of the Doctor whose remains have been deposited at the morgue for autopsy.Â
Public Relations Officer of the Accra Regional Police Command, ASP Afia Tenge  said, a complaint was made by management of the hotel after discovering the dead body. according to her no marks of assault or violence have been found on the body
She explained, the man was reported to have checked in with a lady only identified as Sarah in the evening, but the lady moved out before the body was found.
