50 Cent and Cam’ron took to Instagram Tuesday (August 9) to publicly end their nearly decade long beef. The feud began back in 2007 when 50 was being interviewed by Angie Martinez at Hot 97 FM in February 2007.

Cam’s Koch Entertainment label head, Alan Grunblatt called in as 50 bashed Koch saying he could shut down any project under the label’s banner. Grunblatt quickly gave Cam the phone after 50 demanded to speak to him.

Cam and Fif argued back and forth over the recent sales of G-Unit artists in addition to Koch Entertainment’s (who represented Cam) reputation in the industry. Cam’ron hit 50 with questions mocking him by his government name, “Curtis.” 50 wasted no time releasing the Cam’ron diss track “Funeral Music,” and Cam quickly fired back with a diss of his own, titled “Curtis.”

Cam’ron later spoke to to MTV about the feud with Fif  in 2011 and said everything was all good on his end.

“I don’t have no problem with 50. 50 cool with me,” Cam said. “It was good for hip-hop. We had our little hip-hop beef or whatever you wanna call it, but ain’t no problem. Jim [Jones] and Juelz [Santana] do stuff with 50 and they camp all the time. I don’t have a problem with 50 at all. It is what it is. We had our little discrepancy, and we moved on from it.”
