Film stars, producers and TV personalities have called on president Mahama to commiserate with him on the passing of his mum Hajia Abiba Nnaba.
From veterans to those in demand, from males to females and from those who were demure to those who were delighted to meet the first gentleman in flesh, a healthy mix of varied people congregated on the first couple’s private residence to pay their respects as photos have shown.
One could not miss seeing the Green Book of the National Democratic Congress detailing the achievements of the government in the hands of a few guests.
Clearly the government is keen to tell its story and who better to give material to than persons who have the fans and following.

President Mahama together with wife Lordina aided by chief of staff Julius Debrah hosted the guests which included Doris Sackitey, Irene Opare, Joselyn Dumas, Aluta, Ekow Smith Asante, Akorfa Edjeani-Asiedu, Omar Sheriff Captan, Jackie Appiah, Nana Ama McBrown, David Dontoh and several others.
