I didn’t wear panties to Ghana-meet-Naija– Sister Afia

Francesca Duncan Williams, a Ghanaian musician, popularly known as ‘Sista Afia’ in the music industry has revealed that she did not wear panties to the recently held ‘Ghana Meet Naija’ in Accra.

The musical concert, 'Ghana Meets Naija' turned eighth in the month of May 2018 and Sista performed at the event.

Over the years, the event ‘has been known as the platform for the biggest artistes in both Ghana and Nigeria to share one stage and thrill music lovers.

It has always seen massive patronage because of the list of top African acts it parades.

This year's edition, dubbed the ‘Rescue Mission’, was being held at the Fantasy Dome of the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre.

Sista Afia told the host of UTV’s Atuu entertainment programme, Abeiku Santana on Saturday that she did wear panties to the event and was scared while performing live on stage.

The show which was monitored by PrimeNewsGhana, the host asked Sista Afia to mention the craziest this she had done in her life and the singer said “craziest thing…I did not wear panties for Ghana meet Niger. That is the craziest thing I have done”.

The ‘Slay Queen’ said “I wanted to raise up my leg during the performance but I was scared|.

Sista Afia added that “I don’t wear anything when I am home and it does not worry me. It’s a normal thing for me”.
