The father of the late Dancehall diva Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng denies allegations of making lots of money from her daughter's funeral.

Speaking on Entertainment review on PeaceFM with Akwesi Aboagye, the father of the late musician disclosed that money received at the funeral is different from what is in the news, and people are inflating on the amount of money they received from Government and other companies.

The family of Ebony received an amount of Ghc 5,000 from the President but it was in the news that they were given GHc 50,000 which was never true.

I owe no one an explanation and Ghanaians should not take it as it is, Nana Opoku Kwarteng said.

Ebony Reigns, and two others, Francisca Nkansah and Lance Corporal Francis Atsu Vondee died in a gory accident on February 8 at Nyame Bekyere near Mankranso in the Ahafo Ano South District of the Ashanti Region.

She was reportedly returning from Sunyani to Accra after a visit to her mother who had returned to Ghana from Abroad when she was involved in the ghastly car accident Friday dawn.

She was rushed to the Bechem Government Hospital but passed on.
