Afrobeat artiste Kelvyn Boy has revealed that he will be leaving his boss, Stonebwoy's record label Burninton Music Group whenever the opportunity presents itself.
There's an unconfirmed rumour that Zylofon Music has shown interest in signing the young star and reacting to the rumour, Kelvin Boy admitted that Zylofon Music showed interest in signing him some months ago and he will be happy to join.“They (Zylofon Media) have shown interest long ago but we are putting things in place. You know there are issues and all at Zylofon.
"Even those who are in already have issues…….. If it is possible I will sign a record deal with Zylofon,” Kelvyn Boy disclosed in an interview with Mr Skinny of Radio Maxx in Takoradi.
“It should happen, it must! Naturally, every musician wants to move on in his or her career. I even moved away from my father who gave birth to me to chase my dreams. So yes it will happen but it’s a matter of time,” he added.
Kelvyn Boy started music in the year 2018 whiles singing in church and also grew up listening to Fela Kuti, Bob Marley and Stonebwoy which he says influenced his music.
