Ghanaian television host and actress, Joselyn Dumas has hit hard on the organizers of 3Music Awards for failing to pay her as the host at the 2018 edition.
Joselyn Dumas angrily took to her social media to address the issue. In a Twitter post, Joselyn wrote:
"Dear @3musicAwards when you hire the service of a talent and you agree on a payment, you honor your end of the bargain as I honored mine... no one works for free."
However, details of the contract with Joselyn Dumas as the host is yet unknown but she feels that when you work you are expected to be paid based on the agreement between both parties.
The 2018 edition of the 3Music Awards was hosted by Joselyn Dumas and D-Black.

we can’t even support our own.. yet we sit back and are quick to point fingers and judge especially female entertainers in Ghana. When you work you are expected to be paid!! This cycle of using talent and not paying must stop @3musicawards— JOSELYN DUMAS® (@Joselyn_Dumas) July 4, 2018
Reports indicate the organizers of 3Music Awards also failed to fully pay the dancers who came to grace the event.
Mr Sadiq Abdullah who is the organizer of 3Music awards contracted them for an amount of money but failed to pay as agreed in the contract.
The dancers are still on their CEO’s neck for their monies and Sadiq Abdullah, the organizer of 3Music awards isn’t ready to pay them for their services (money in the region of GHS5000) but took back his GHS4000 from Kwesi Arthur for not showing up at the event.
3Music awards are yet to respond to Joselyn Dumas' claims.
