Mr Eazi to empower 100 upcoming artistes with $300,000

Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Mr Eazi is yet to embark on a project to support up and coming musicians in 7 African countries including Ghana.  

Mr Eazi during the unveiling of the project dubbed ' “Empawa 100” at La Villa Boutique hotel in Accra disclosed that the project aims at supporting 100 upcoming artistes doing great music in 7 Africa countries with a budget of $300,000 fund where each artiste will receive $3,000.

Mr Eazi also made it clear that this initiative as part of his Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR] seeks to give back to these countries for their continuous support for his music.

According to him, it has been his dream to support upcoming artiste with the little he has to push talents doing great. He cited an example of BET nominee Kwesi Arthur, which he aided him with a music video.

He continued that, with the little, I did for my brother Kwesi Arthur saw him secured a nomination at the 2017 BET award, which I (Mr. Eazi) released the need to launch this project for 100 upcoming artistes.

He added that the #emPawa project has been launched at 7 Africa country include Nigeria, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Kenya, among other Africa countries.

With a mouthwatering package, this selected 100 artistes will embark on a workshop in South Africa were Davido, Sarkodie, Maleek Berry, Diamond Platinum among others will mentor these arts on how to make it big their God-given talents.
