Music producer and songwriter, Akwaboah, has signed for the SarkCess Music record label. SarkCess Music made this announcement on the morning of Monday, March 14, on Twitter.

The tweet said: “ARTIST SIGNING: SarkCess Music is happy to announce the signing of amazing talent @AkwaboahMusic to our lineup.
Akwaboah, whose full name is Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr, is known to have produced Sarkodie’s ‘Mary’ album, which won ‘Album of the Year’ at Citi FM’s MOGO Awards.
Akwaboah is the grandson of highlife legend Kwabena Akwaboah, and a former member of the Mariots International Band. He wrote ‘Daa ke daa’ for Becca and ‘Ayeyi ndwom’ for DSP Kofi Sarpong, both of which won awards at the 2010 Ghana Music Awards.
