The Ghana Police Service has arrested three suspects believed to be connected to a string of robberies carried out across several communities in the Greater Accra Region.
The suspects, Seth Noi Tetteh, also known as “Wonder,” Selasie Emmanuel, and Sulemana Osman were apprehended between 24th and 26th December 2025 following targeted operations led by the Police Special Support Unit.
Police investigations began after Seth Noi Tetteh was detained at the Atadeka Police Station over his alleged involvement in multiple robberies in the area.
During interrogation, he reportedly admitted to participating in several criminal operations across Afienya, Atadeka, Apollonia, Spintex Road, Airport Residential Area, Community 18, Ashaiman, Mataheko, and Oyibi, and further disclosed that he worked with accomplices.
This intelligence prompted a follow-up operation at Kasoa Ofankor on 26 December 2025, where officers arrested Selasie Emmanuel and Sulemana Osman at their hideout. A search of the premises led to the recovery of a pump-action gun, a BB cartridge, a Bruni pistol, and three rounds of ammunition. The seized weapons are currently being held as exhibits to support ongoing investigations.
All three suspects remain in police custody as investigations continue. Police say efforts are underway to trace and dismantle the wider criminal network believed to be behind the robberies.
The Ghana Police Service reiterated its commitment to enhancing public safety and encouraged members of the public to remain vigilant and continue to support law enforcement with relevant information.
