Shatta Mitchy, wife of dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, has denied responded to Yaa Pono's diss track against her husband and herself.

Yaa Pono and Shatta Wale got into a beef after the former was denied an opportunity to perform at a concert headlined by Shatta Wale in Cape Coast in the Central region in February this year.

After the incident, Pono came on social media to complain bitterly and even ignored the explanation by the organisers of the concert that he was not allowed to perform because they were running out of time and therefore had to cut down on the performances.

According to him, Shatta Wale and his team, fearing he [Pono] would take his [Wale] shine orchestrated the refusal of the organisers to allow him perform.

This led to the release of diss tracks from each of the camps with Yaa Pono alleging that Shatta's wife, Mitchy was a lesbian.

But in a quickfire response to a question on the matter during an interview with Okay FM's Abeiku Santana, Mitchy said, "I’m not lesbian, he [Yaa Pono] should get a hit song".
