The police administration has announced that the first batch of recruits in 2018, who recently passed their medical screening are to begin their training from Friday, December 21, 2018.


A statement signed and issued by the Director General of the Ghana Police, ACP David Eklu said the recruits who are 1000 in number should check their emails for alerts and follow up to collect their appointment letters from Friday, December 14, 2018.
ACP Eklu explained that the remaining qualified applicants would be notified in due course.

“The Police Administration informs applicants who went through the medical screening and vetting for enlistment into the Ghana Police Service as general recruits that, e-mail messages are being sent to the first batch of One Thousand (1,000) successful applicants to report at the Police Headquarters, Accra for their appointment letters starting from Friday, 14th December, 2018.

"The first batch of 1,000 applicants are likely to begin their training from Friday 21. December 2018.”

“Any questions or concerns can be sent through our Facebook (GhPoliceService) and Twitter (@GhPoliceService) handles as well as Ghana Police Service Website (www.police.gov.gh) live chart page,” it said.
