A 19-year-old WASSCE candidate, Patience Gyamfuah Aseidu, died on the spot when a vehicle hit her in Suhum in the Eastern Region on Monday.
Patience, a student of the Suhum Islamic Girls SHS in the Eastern region, died when a Kia minibus that was traveling from Nsawam to Suhum hit her at about 8pm, a report by Starrfmonline said.
She was the Accra-Kumasi highway in front of her school when the accident occurred, the report said.
The remains of the student is said to have bee deposited at the Suhum Government hospital.
