The Chief Justice,  Georgina Theodora Wood, and another judge of the Supreme Court, Sulley Gbadegbe, have recused themselves from the contempt case against owners of Accra-based Montie FM, the host of the station’s ‘Pampaso’ programme, and the two panelists, who threatened to kill judges over their handling of the Abu Ramadan suit on the credibility of the voters’ register.
The decision, according to them, came about because their names were specifically mentioned in the comments of the three people facing the contempt charges.
