The Human Rights Division of the High Court has postponed the case involving former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to November 25, 2025.
This decision followed proceedings on Thursday, October 23, where two motions from Mr. Ofori-Atta’s legal team were heard.
His lawyers filed one motion seeking disclosures and another requesting permission to amend the original motion on notice — both of which were opposed by the OSP’s counsel.
The court instructed both parties to submit their written arguments by midnight on Friday, October 24, ahead of the next hearing.
Mr. Ofori-Atta, currently under investigation by the OSP, is contesting the Office’s move to declare him “wanted” and publish that notice.
