Dr. Osae-Kwapong joins CDC as research fellow.

The Ghana Centre for Democratic Development  CDD, a think tank skilled in the area of politics and economic transformation, has appointed US based Ghanaian academic Dr. John Osae-Kwapong as a Research Fellow.
 
Dr. Osae-Kwapong is Associate vice president for Academic affairs and institutional effectiveness at the University of Findlay, Ohio. While at CDD, where he will spend a year, he will work in the area of political economy and politics of development.
 
A former director of planning and research at Columbia University, new york, he now works as adjunct lecturer at the metropolitan college of new york. He is expected  to bring his vast expertise and competence to help the CDD churn out compelling research that will inure to the political discourse of this country.
 
While here in the country, he will also spend a good amount of time engaging actors in the political space, ordinary people in order to understand and appreciate the political and economic relationship, and how that influences decision making
