The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has successfully contained a fire outbreak that occurred at the Nogora Junction near Ho Technical University in the Volta Region.
The blaze on August 13, 2025, which began around 5:20 pm, gutted a popular pub and food joint at Nogora Junction, along with four (4) other containers and their contents, including a boutique and some shops.
However, the Ho Municipal firefighters, led by STNO II Michael Segbedzi, moved in swiftly and contained the ravaging fire.
A statement by the service noted that "No injuries were reported, and investigations into the cause are ongoing."
