The Ministry of the Interior has announced the opening of recruitment for Ghana’s internal security agencies, running from November 15 to December 15, 2025.
The nationwide exercise will include enlistment into the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service.
In a statement, the Ministry said the recruitment drive forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance internal security, strengthen public safety, and improve operational efficiency across the country’s key security institutions.
The Ministry encouraged disciplined and patriotic Ghanaians eager to serve the nation with honour, integrity, and professionalism to apply within the one-month window.
Prospective applicants are advised to carefully review all application guidelines and ensure they meet the eligibility requirements before submitting their forms.
Authorities cautioned that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for screening, aptitude tests, and background verification.
The Ministry also warned against fraudulent recruitment agents who promise placements for a fee, emphasizing that no individual or institution is authorized to collect money on behalf of the Ministry or any of the security agencies.
