NDC: Mensah, Atubiga and Prof Alabi pick presidential nomination form

Three more presidential aspirants, Sylvester Mensah, Stephen Atubiga and Joshua Alabi have picked nomination forms for the upcoming presidential primary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).


The forms were picked on behalf of all three aspirants by their representatives.

Prof Alabi's camp was led by Mr Ken Dzirasah, a former deputy Speaker of Parliament.

Those who picked for Stephen Atubiga said they were onion and yam sellers from the Agbogbloshie market in Accra, those who picked for Sly Mensah said they were NDC members from the La Dadekotopon constituency in Accra.

The three aspirants who picked their forms today brings the total number of aspirants who have picked forms to four.

A group from the Asawase constituency in Kumasi picked that of former President John Dramani Mahama for him on Monday, December 3, 2018.

The NEC of the NDC has explained that the picking of nomination form will close at 5 pm today [Tuesday, December 4].
