President Nana Akufo-Addo has sacked the Chief Executive Officer of COCOBOD Dr Stephen Opuni.
A letter signed by Executive Secretary of President Nana Akufo-Addo, gave Dr Opuni until the close of work today, Friday, January 13, to leave office.
According to the letter dated Thursday, January 12, Dr Opuni “ceases to hold office as CEO of COCOBOD upon the assumption of office of President Nana Akufo-Addoâ€.
He’s to hand over office documents and property to the President’s representative at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto.
