Wereko-Brobby mocks death rumours

Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Volta River Authority (VRA), Dr Charles Wereko-Brobby has mocked rumours of his death which surfaced on Thursday.

News of Dr Wereko-Brobby's death became rife on social media Thursday afternoon with many wondering what might have caused his death.

But the former VRA CEO who seemed not perturbed responded by posting '"The News of my death are greatly exaggerated" M. Twain'.

"NPP platform fingered for my early death. Now I am a Purged GHOST NAME from Public Payroll", he posted moments later.

Dr Wereko-Brobby, popularly known as Tarzan, is one of the leading members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) who was suspended  for his constant criticisms of the party deemed to be putting the party into disrepute.
