Attorney and NPP presidential candidate, Akufo-Addo has crossed into the Afram Plains on his tour of the Eastern Region.
Akufo-Addo just after wrapping his Bono Ahafo Regional tour commenced the Eastern Regional tour today where he visited the Presby Church Hospital at Donkorkrom in the Afram Plain South Constituency.
At the hospital, he pledged to make the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) work efficiently as it was in the Kufuor regime as well ensure prompt payment of claims.
When party sympathisers got wind he was in the hospital yard, they quickly amassed to behold and hear him speak.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) leader urged the people not to belittle their power of effecting government change when they cast their ballot for him on December 7 to dislodge President Mahama adding a vote for him will translate to jobs for the youth as well as enhanced security for citizens.
