Private Legal Practitioner Kofi Bentil says embattled businessman Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Chief Executive officer of the Jospong group, should not be the only person whose business operations must engage us, politicians who create a fertile opportunity for him to exploit should also be a focus.

Mr Agyepong's business operations are currently a subject of police CID investigations, where waste bins expected to be given to assemblies hadn't been provided, despite the contract being inflated by millions of dollars.

Collins Dauda, a former local government minister, has been mentioned as the one who supervised the contract and there are questions being raised on why he has not been invited by the CID as well, and how come the company was allowed to walk home without being punished.

Speaking on JoyFm, Mr Bentil said the company is in business to make money and though he doesn't agree with how it operates, he believes those who supervise the transaction at the contract level should be held accountable and questioned.

He wondered how people find space to 'create loot and share,' something a sitting Supreme Court judge warned against.
