The Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress [NDC], says every party member is back on board to work for electoral victory in 2020.

Koku Anyidoho maintains party faithfuls are now rallying to pay much more attention to the ideals of probity, accountability and unity as part of measures to turn around their fortunes in the next election.

Reacting to the Kwesi Botchwey-led committee’s report on the NDCs 2016 general election defeat, he said the party would review the report and implement the recommendations as much as possible.

The Kwesi Botchwey-led committee, tasked to investigate the defeat of the party in 2016 elections presented a 455 page document containing its findings and recommendations to the party on Monday.

Some of the recommendations includes a peace healing tour of all constituencies in the country, a restoration of integrity of the party’s biometric register, expanding the electoral college, building effective party constituency organs as an immediate connection with the grassroots, and building a strong intellectual capacity of the party.

In an interview with JoyFM, Koku Anyidoho observed though times would change, the party must endeavour to hold on to its core values and principles to remain relevant in the future.
