National organizer and campaign Coordinator of the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC], Kofi Adams has said, he stands for probity and accountability hence he is not perturbed if president elect Nana Addo start witch-hunting members of the NDC government after he is sworn in as president come January 2017.

Mr. Kofi Adams added that, if Nana Addo decide to probe the NDC government through auditing and forensic, they [NDC] will patiently be waiting to see how things will turn out in his government.

Speaking on Asempah FM, he said, “it’s our hope that he [Nana Addo] will spend a lot more time to check his appointees which he is yet to made them known rather than wasting our time on what has happened in the past NDC government”

He emphasized that, during the Mahama led administration, wrong doings in his government over time was not condone and President Mahama practically corrected such discrepancies which amongst them were the National Service Scheme, National Health Insurance Authority and Ghana Education Service pay roll auditing  amongst others which by his actions saved the country some amount of money.

With the above mentioned as least amongst them, he  reiterated that “it is his hope that Nana Addo will not indulge in witch hunting in the name of probity and accountability”
