President John Dramani Mahama has sworn in the first batch of newly appointed Ambassadors and High Commissioners to represent Ghana in various countries.
The ceremony, held at the Jubilee House on Thursday, September 4, 2025, forms part of Ghana’s ongoing efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties, foster international cooperation, and promote the country’s interests abroad.
Mahama urged the new envoys to serve with diligence, integrity, and patriotism, stressing the importance of economic diplomacy, regional security, and the welfare of Ghanaians living abroad.
