“My Wife Can Be President”-Akua Donkor’s Husband

Freeman Adjei, husband of the flagbearer of Ghana Freedom Party, Akua Donkor believes his wife can become the next President of Ghana.

Unperturbed by his wife being subjected to ridicule by the public, he insisted that his darling’s determination would ensure he comes out victorious as every candidate have equal chance of winning the December elections, according to 3news.com.

Mr. Adjei who accompanied his wife to submit her presidential nomination forms at the Electoral Commission on Thursday said “am not worried about the mockery surrounding my wife as it is part of the political game.”

He added that, if it is the will of God, then his wife cannot be stopped by anyone from becoming President.

“Election is not about fight, it is just like luck, anything at all goes; God will always provide the
winner,” he stated.

Though his wife would be coming up against the likes of President Dramani Mahama, Nana Akufo-Addo, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, he is optimistic the wife can pull a surprise and would support her to achieve her goals.

He therefore asked Ghanaians to vote for Akua Donkor as she has the idea to rule despite being an illiterate.
