Aide to the Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Party (NDP), Ernest Owusu Bempah says Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings is ready to face the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) panel.

Mrs Rawlings who is the first female to partake in the IEA programme is expected to further explain how she intends to govern the country if elected in the upcoming polls.

According to Mr Bempah, “She is poised to go and outline her vision for the nation. She will be speaking on specifics, areas in economics, social intervention policies, job creation for the youth among others. She has done it before, stood on big platforms like the Beijing and made policy direction in terms of how global women should come together and fight for the justice of women and got a lot of brilliant policies that she will put out there. She has also chalked a lot of social intervention policies for herself among others”.

She will be third presidential candidate to have faced the panel after Dr Edward Mahama of the Peoples National Convention (PNC) and Ivor Greenstreet of the Conevntion Peoples Party (CPP).
