The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has completed the nationwide exhibition of its voter register ahead of the party’s presidential primary.

The exercise began on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and ended on Monday, January 5, 2026.

It was conducted in all 276 constituencies across the country.

According to the Presidential Elections Committee (PEC), the exhibition was intended to promote accuracy and transparency in the party’s internal electoral process.

It gave delegates and other stakeholders the opportunity to check and verify their personal details.

In a statement signed by PEC Secretary William Yamoah, the Committee explained that delegates were able to confirm their information at both constituency and regional levels.

Party members were encouraged to report any mistakes, including missing names, spelling errors, or incorrect photographs, to ensure the final voter register is accurate and credible before voting takes place.

The PEC also urged presidential aspirants to deploy representatives to observe the process at the constituency level as an added measure to enhance transparency.

The NPP presidential primary is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, and will be contested by five aspirants: Former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia; Kennedy Ohene Agyapong; Dr. Bryan Acheampong; Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum; and former General Secretary Kwabena Agyei Agyepong.

With the exhibition now concluded, the PEC is expected to finalize the voter register to be used by delegates during the primary, ensuring that all eligible members can participate in the party’s candidate selection process.
