The Ghana Police Service has begun investigations into an alleged assault on the third National Vice Chairman of the NPP, Alhaji Masawudu Osman, at Akwatia in the Eastern Region.
A statement signed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, David Fianko Okyere, Public Affairs Officer of the Eastern South Region, said a Police Medical Form was issued to the complainant to seek treatment.
“He is to obtain a medical endorsement and return the form to the police to aid further investigations,” it said.
