President John Mahama has been caught in a footage sharing some papers to crowds that gathered around his car during one of his campaign tours in the Greater Accra Region.
In the video, he is seen doling out what many believe to be money to the people standing by while acknowledging cheers through the sunroof of his vehicle.
Meanwhile, Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah has debunked the money sharing rumours saying "I haven't seen the video of John Mahama sharing anything, but knowing him, he wouldn't share money.
"The president could not have been sharing leaflets because presidents do not carry money on their travels", he added in an interview on Joy FM Thursday morning.
