National Democratic Congress (NDC) founder, Jeremiah Rawlings has warned his party colleagues not to neglect the principles and values which gives them the edge against their rivals.
“The NPP cannot be underrated. They've changed their names over the years. The nature of who they are, what they are is something they are happy with and will be their way for a long time.â€
Mr. Rawlings stressed “we cannot fight them on their terms†adding “let’s not mimick their behaviour. Let’s hold on to our values and principles which made us and no one can defeat us.â€
He urged that the party to undertake a responsible campaign adding that he sees certain weaknesses which require rectification submitting that office holders must let their lives and work be beyond reproach.
The founder who still enjoys notable support from supporters further thanked God for the safe arrival of participants concluding that he wishes for an accident free election.
